This group of paintings is one of the possible still drawn out of the "Quaquaversal virtualities".

The materials used were picked because their whatness is so much in tune with Los Angeles’ aesthetics.

They range from carpet to linoleum or leather hyde (different wall or floor-covering materials : vinyl moresque, blue astroturf, brown matting runner, crest black carpet, rainbow brown carpet, blue grassline, grass greenstuff, grey aggregate, foam padding &c...).

Each material is chosen randomly.

The title refers to a famous french method to learn english.
